Founded in 2007, fuse* is a studio and production company operating at the intersection of art and science that explores the creative use of emerging digital technologies. Based in Italy, the studio produces installations and live-media performances which focus on the emotional impact of their work, and meaningful audience engagement. Evolving over time, they have since taken a more holistic approach to the creation of their new projects. Often experimenting with the elements of light, space, sound, and movement, their purely experimental ethos creates artwork that seek to push limits. Since 2016, fuse* has co-produced events such as electronic music and digital arts festival NODE, to help support and promote its community aimed at spreading culture and knowledge.
fuse* have exhibited internationally at festivals including MUTEK in Montreal and San Francisco, Artechouse in Washington, Sonar in Istanbul, TodaysArt in Den Haag, Signal festival in Prague, Athens Digital Arts Festival, ACT Festival in South Korea,Right Here, Right Now in Manchester, and STRP Biennial in Eindhoven.
