Stephan Duq (Netherlands, b 1983) is a digital artist located in the Netherlands. He is fascinated by romanticism and intricate design forms found in nature and art. He spends countless hours learning and experimenting with mathematics and modern digital art tools to create a unique personal style that combines modern digital art aesthetics with classical romantic ideas. Recently, his work started exploring neurodivergence, botanical design, and designing art for a calm and contemplative state of being. Stephan has shown work at the Centraal Museum Utrecht, Calgary Contemporary, Bejing Contemporary, and at venues worldwide.

Besides creating digital art, he has been a digital art teacher for over 15 years at the University of Arts Utrecht, sharing his knowledge and love for digital art creation with students. As a visual designer, he has worked with several brands and created core visuals for Sail, GP, and many others.
