Pierre Chaumont is a conceptual artist living and working in Montreal, Canada. His artworks have been shown in the United States, China, Japan, South Korea, Germany, Greece, Slovenia, Brazil, Lebanon and Canada. More specifically, he has participated in a residency at the MASS MoCA, recently had a solo show at the Pratt MWPAI and the CICA Museum in South Korea, and will present his works in the Lebanon biennial in Alita and at the FILE Festival in Brazil. He is the recipient of the Atelier de l'Ile Award given by the MoCA Laurentians. He is part of the collection of the Munson Williams Proctor Art Institute, The Museum of Art in Lendava, Slovenia, the MoCA Laurentians, the Loto-Quebec Collection, and the New Ark Library collection.
