Charles Turtle for the past 10 years has been working in 3D and is now the Technical Director of Animation at SUUM.Studio. His signature style of science fiction grounded in science fact uses moving imagery to tell evocative narratives.
Pauline McCloy-Turtle an environmental and lighting designer has lead masterclasses at Duncan of Jordanstone, Glasgow School of Art, The Charles Rennie Mackintosh Society, Kelvingrove Art Gallery, The House for an Art Lover and Pollok House. Since graduating from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in 2002, she has exhibited in Milan, London and Scotland and is now the Creative Director of SUUM.studio. Pauline is fascinated by internal and miniature worlds, organic environments, ecosystems and lifecycles, concepts of connectedness and the impact of light as a subject and a medium.
David Donaldson is a graduate from the SAE in Glasgow whose 17 year career has covered almost every facet of sound production from recording, producing and mastering live bands to his recent music productions for both commercial release and film. He has a long working relationship with composer Craig Armstrong programming and co-producing on over 12 films and various commercial and artistic projects. In 2001 he won a Grammy Award for producing and engineering the soundtrack for “Ray”, a biopic about the life of Ray Charles. He is currently working on a neo-classical piece exploring shared themes within music and science.
