Alex Gibson is an award winning visual artist and curator with 15 years experience exhibiting digital artworks in Australia and Asia. He has completed a Masters of Fine Art (Research), and a Bachelor of Fine Art (Drawing) with First Class Honors at the Victorian College of the Arts (2002 - 2008). He is a recipient of the prestigious Australian Postgraduate Award (2007 - 2008) from the Australian Research Council. Alex has created 11 solo exhibitions and 30 group exhibitions. He has completed 2 international residencies in Tokyo (2005) and Beijing (2012). He has showed at White Night Melbourne 2019 and Kings Artist Run (2019) and has 3 permanent video installations including No. 1 Martin Place, Sydney and the historic GPO Exchange in Adelaide.
