Marmer

Scheele explores the captivating contrast between strength and fragility in this work. Marmer, known for its rigidity and beauty, can shatter instantly when struck or dropped, exposing its delicate nature. To replicate these qualities, Scheele chose to solidify a cloth-like simulation, transforming the soft, smooth characteristics of fabric into a rigid, marmer-like form.

This process was driven by the Scheele's movements—turns and jumps—causing the cloth simulation to respond dynamically before solidifying. The result is a unique, ever-evolving sculpture that captures both the softness of fabric and the strength of solidified marmer.
