Victoria Rio (b. 1988) is a London-based Franco-Ukrainian visual artist, photographer and filmmaker. Rio’s work captures and explores ephemeral motions, desires and singular perspectives, with a strong predilection for dreamlike, dissonant or haunted atmospheres.
