Maiia Epova was born in Nalchik, Caucasus during 1994. She is now living in Prague with her fiancé and the cat, Tuchka. During her studies at the Faculty of Architecture in Prague and following career as an architect, she truly found herself somewhere in between imagination and communication. Her visual language is based on the tension between honest exploration and a mere coincidence of emergence. Once exhibited, the author is expressing a lifetime transformation of mind through physical connection with the body and the world, from eye-catching visuals to the subtle means of internal perception.
