Are we nearly there? is filmed simultaneously from two locations using video chat software. The work was made in response to the physical and legal impossibility of walking side by side in the 2020 UK lockdown due to the Covid 19. The dialogue between the two walkers shows an ordinary, but slightly unusual mundane life. Are we nearly there? aims to explore the meaning of 'walking together' and push its boundaries.
