'Pombalinho' is a short looping Moving Image work. It consists of two images I took in Lisbon of a sculpture and a wine bottle label, and this piece explores how a visual narrative can come to be formed from the fragments of symbolic encounters. I'm interested in how women's bodies and the female body are represented in art history, and I like to find methods to deconstruct and experiment with this symbolism.
