A painted skull hangs in the air with a cigarette (in the shape of chain links) coming out of its mouth. The other end of the chain is lit and smoke is coming out of it. In the hind, a sitar is being played. The Skull and the chain cigarette seem to be frozen in the moment, and the only organic movement is happening around the smoke.

Prima facie it is just a play around the phrase chain smoker illustrated in a surreal way. But I want you to spend some time and think about how would your life be if you have to live for thousands of years or even eternity. Couple that with all the habits ( or addictions) that you have to carry on with your daily life.
