Horizons 3 (Mountains) journeys through the layers of media that make up a set of hand painted mountain ranges. Impressionistic images merge and flow in a cascade of line, shape, texture and colour conjuring wild and rugged landscapes from the Alps to the Andes and everywhere in between. This work continues Wrights' fascination with the combining of traditional painting methods and digital technologies.

In some ways the work is a response to the restrictions of 'lockdown' and reflects Wrights' desire to keep connected to the natural world and escape the four walls of her apartment. It is also a reflection of her love of wild open spaces stemming from years living in the Western Australian bush.

The soundtrack, composed by Wright in response to the imagery, enhances the overall atmospheric quality of the work.
